Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered.


Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After this period, the order may have entered processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional or sale events may not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items may only qualify for store credit or exchange unless otherwise stated.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must:

  • Be shipped with a valid tracking number

  • Have tracking confirmation emailed on the day of shipment

Items returned without tracking may not qualify for refund processing.


Return Address

The return address will be provided by our customer service team after approval of your return request.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.


Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Body care items

  • Swimwear

We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse.
