Ordering

Found something you love? Wonderful.

Select your preferred color and/or size and click “Add to Cart.”
You can continue shopping and return to your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon at the top right. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved.

When you’re ready, click on the cart icon to review your items. You may adjust quantities if needed. Then proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Canada.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including Track & Trace.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5–8 business days under normal circumstances.

Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local pickup point.
The carrier will provide further instructions.

If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us. The carrier may initiate an investigation.
