This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you shop with us, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
Evelyn & Olivia is a trading name of Senft Media LTD, registered in Cyprus under number HE 483732, at Charilaou Xylophorou 13, 4103 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus. We decide how your information is used and we are responsible for keeping it safe.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought.
When you pay: our payment provider handles your card or account details directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We are told only whether the payment succeeded and the last digits of the card, so that we can match a payment to an order.
When you use the site: pages viewed, the device and browser you used, and general location at the level of a city or region. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you write to us: the content of your message, so we can answer and keep a record of what was agreed.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to keep you informed while it is on its way
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- To answer your questions and keep a record of our correspondence
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations
- To measure how the website is used so we can improve it
- To send you marketing email, but only if you have asked us to
Who we share it with
We share only what each of these needs, and never more:
- Our fulfilment partner, so your order can be picked, packed and dispatched, and so returns can be received
- Delivery carriers, so your parcel reaches you and you can track it
- Our payment provider, to take payment and issue refunds
- Our email and website providers, which host this shop and send your order emails
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, which help us understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information, and we never trade or rent it.
Information that leaves Canada
We should be straightforward about this. Our company is in Cyprus and our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so the information needed to send you an order — your name, address and telephone number — is processed outside Canada. Some of our website and email providers also store data in the United States and the European Union.
Wherever it goes, we require each provider to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose we gave it to them. You should know that information held in another country may be accessible to the authorities of that country under its own laws.
Cookies and advertising
This website uses cookies to keep your basket working, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the site is used. We and our advertising providers also use them to show you our products elsewhere on the internet.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential ones will stop the basket and checkout from working properly. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising in your Google account's ad settings.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you may also simply reply and ask us to stop. Unsubscribing does not affect the emails about an order you have already placed.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Correspondence is kept for two years after your last contact with us. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them. Analytics data is kept in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop sending you marketing
- Explain how a decision about your order was made
Write to info@evelynandolivia-toronto.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else. There is no charge.
Keeping it safe
This website runs over an encrypted connection, access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and our payment provider is certified to the card industry's security standard. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affected you, we would tell you and the relevant authority.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first — info@evelynandolivia-toronto.com — and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and, if you prefer, to the data protection authority in Cyprus, where our company is registered.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will say so on the website rather than leave you to spot it.
