Terms of service

These terms apply to everything you buy from this website. We have written them in ordinary language, because terms nobody can read protect nobody. Last updated 18 August 2026.

1. Evelyn & Olivia

This website is operated by Senft Media LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 483732, at Charilaou Xylophorou 13, 4103 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus. Evelyn & Olivia is a trading name of that company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Senft Media LTD.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. We deliver to addresses in Canada.

3. Prices and currency

All prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include any sales taxes that apply. Delivery is free, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay. You will not be asked for a further payment on delivery.

Prices can change from time to time, but never after you have ordered: the price you paid is the price of your order.

4. Your order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We confirm receipt by email, and the contract between us is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation.

Very occasionally we may be unable to accept an order — an item sells out between your click and our warehouse, a price or description is obviously wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We do not cancel orders without explaining why.

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us. After that it is already being prepared; you can still return it once it arrives.

5. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography and screens vary, so colours may differ a little from what you see. Where a description turns out to be materially wrong, section 4 applies and you may return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is free within Canada and normally takes 8 to 14 business days in total. The full timings are set out on our Shipping Information page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, we charge no restocking fee, and refunds are issued within 10 days of the return reaching us. The details, including who pays return postage, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

9. Using this website

The text, photographs and design on this website belong to us or to our suppliers and are for your personal use in shopping with us. Please do not copy them for commercial purposes.

Please also do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it automatically, or use it to break the law. We may restrict access where someone does.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of acceptable quality, and for losses that follow foreseeably from us failing to do so.

We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier strikes or border closures. Where such an event affects your order we will keep you informed and, if it cannot be delivered, refund you.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer. If you live in Canada, the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory applies to your purchase, and where anything in these terms conflicts with it, that legislation wins.

11. If something goes wrong

Please write to us first at info@evelynandolivia-toronto.com. Almost everything is settled in an email or two, and we would always rather resolve a problem directly than have you chase it elsewhere.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you keep every right to pursue the matter through the consumer protection body or the courts of the province or territory where you live.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, where our company is registered. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your own province or territory, which continue to apply in full.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that governs it, and we will not apply a later change retroactively to an order already placed.
